Mer has a growing presence across Europe, with offices in the UK, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and Austria. Some roles are location-specific, while others offer flexibility—including hybrid or remote working—depending on the team and position.
We like to keep things straightforward. You can usually expect an initial chat, followed by one or more interviews. Depending on the role, you might also be asked to carry out a task.
