Sustainability at Mer: Our Vision, Our Future
Sustainability is at the core of the Mer business strategy. Our vision is that all businesses and drivers confidently embrace sustainable electric mobility. To get there we need to deliver easy and reliable EV charging solutions and empower our customers, partners, and suppliers to choose the sustainable option.
At Mer, we understand that a viable future can only be achieved by living in harmony with nature and a regenerative use of its finite resources. We are energised by what we do, and people are fundamental to our business — making sustainability a clear company value to us.
That’s why we developed a business strategy based on sustainability.
sustainability principles

Our commitment to sustainability is a vital part of our business, as we seek to adopt a systematic approach and continuously improve sustainability aspects across all our activities.
Our sustainability management is based on three key principles; risk-based, shared value and business integrated.

Risk-based: We seek to minimise the negative impact of our activities on nature, people and societies and focus our efforts where the risk is highest.
Shared value: We seek to maximise the positive impact of our activities on nature, people, and societies.
Business integrated: We take a systematic approach, integrating environmental, climate, social and human rights considerations into key company activities and processes.
