IT Specialist (m/f/d)

As part of the Mer IT & Tech team, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure that supports our mission to become a leading e-mobility provider with customer-centric solutions. You will ensure the reliability of core IT services, support users across the Mer Group, and contribute to our global IT, technology, and security objectives. 

🎯 What you’ll do 

• Deliver 3rd-line support to users across the Mer Group.
• Provide expertise for the Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
• Responsible for Local Office IT at location, including daily operations and troubleshooting.
• Procure and manage hardware for the local office.
• Administer IT assets and user accounts using Mer systems.
• Maintain the uptime and availability of Mer IT systems, including Azure, Dynamics, and backend platforms.
• Implement and uphold IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks, including NIS2 compliance.
• Support operations and customer service teams as a 3rd-line escalation point for connectivity setup.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and partners as needed.
  
  

🧠 What you bring 

Must-have: 

• Hands-on experience with MDM / Intune / DEP device management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and related identity integrations. 
• Proven track record in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
  
  

Nice-to-have: 

• Networking and firewall administration experience.
• Experience with Private APN & mobile internet technologies.
• PowerShell or other scripting skills.
